If you want to use Maxthon's new Quick Access but don't want to open on blank page automatically, this plugin can help. It turns off Quick Access to avoid opening on blank page automatically. When you want to use Quick Access, just click the plugin button to open.  

Note: For Maxthon 2.5.9 or above only.
