Readme.txt file included for some information to manipulate the skin.ini file included. I give permission for anyone to customize the skin.ini file of my Phoenity theme and add any background images, as long as the icons are not modified/changed/edited. You may even distribute your own version of Phoenity theme for MyIE2 (using a different sub-name) if you would like to share your customized skin.
