Nice Heaven

I create (IMHO better) final modification of my Heaven skin.  :)

- using modified set of SoCool icons
- optimalization colors
- rounded buttons and menu items
- image menu backgound
- clearest interface and bright colors scheme
- rotating globe as loading tab icon
  (thanks to Culprit for original animated gif)
- accepted all users comments
- fixed some small bugs
