Scroll Smoothly
Similar to IE's smooth scrolling. Users can configure the "Step" and "Interval" collectively to change the scrolling speed and smoothness to suit their machine and personal preference. By setting the "Step" to a large value of say 200 will disable the smooth scrolling effect but retain other functions of the plugin.

Configurable Scroll Distance
IE scrolls approx 15% of the height of the scrollbar on each "scroll". This plugin let users change this %, or use a fixed scroll distance. By setting the "Delta" to a value between 0 to 10, say "0.5", the plugin will scroll 50% of the height of the scrollbar. By setting the "Delta" to a value of greater than 10, say 20, the plugin will scroll 20px.

Change Scroll Speed with Hotkey
The scroll speed and scroll distance can be changed on the fly by holding a configurable hotkey. By setting the "Multiple" to a value of say "2", the plugin will scroll twice as fast and twice as much. ie each scroll will take the same time to complete but the distance scrolled will be twice.
