Hides the last tab and tab bar. Restores the tab bar when a new tab is opened.Hide Last Tab will hide the Tab bar when there is only one tab opened, and show the bar, when there are 2 or more tabs open.

Notes:

1. By default a plugin button is added for manual tab bar toggle. But if you don't need that function you can remove the button. To do this:
- open plugin.ini with notepad
- change Type = M2Plugin_Button to Type = M2Plugin_Other
- restart maxthon

2. Hide Last Tab has been tested with Maxthon 1.5.0.95 in winxp sp2 and win2k sp4. It is not known if the plugin works for win98 (probably not).

3. The plugin should work for earlier versions of maxthon but not MyIE2.
